• Spent over a decade in global pharmaceutical R&D, designing and optimizing biochemical and cell-based assays for screening and lead optimization.
• Led a wide range of capital transactions, including JVs, M&A, IPOs, and business-unit carve-outs/transfers. Overall lead for a transaction recognized as the “Best IPO Deal of 2019” in the Korean capital markets
• Active network across major accounting firms (Big Four and leading local firms) in audit, consulting, and tax. Multiple experiences managing tax audit responses and established channels for dealing with the National Tax Service and related authorities
• Structured and executed direct and indirect financing with cumulative volume exceeding KRW 100 billion
